Team Lead: Angie Carpenter

The hospitality team helps to create a welcoming environment for every guest or attendee at Crossroads by attending to physical needs and ensuring the church is user friendly. A first impression makes a huge impact!

Areas to serve on the hospitality team are:

Cafe – set-up, maintain and clean-up of the coffee and treats area on Sunday morning.

Decorating – decorating the church when needed, changing out decor for the holidays/season changes.

Greeter – greeting people at the front door as they come into church on Sunday morning.

Messiah Van Ministry – during the school year, driving to Messiah and back to pick up students for church.

Umbrella Service – when raining on a Sunday morning, offering assistance to those coming into the church that do not have an umbrella.

Usher – assist guests to their seats, assist in collecting offerings, assist with special handouts from the Pastor, assist with security and emergency situations.

Welcome Baskets – prepare welcome baskets for guest speakers and deliver to their hotel room prior to their arrival.

Welcome Envelopes – prepare a thank you envelope for a special guest who will receive an honorarium.

Welcome Packets – prepare welcome packets for ushers to give to visitors on Sunday morning.
