Team Lead: Mary Sheriff

The administration team is responsible for a variety of office related duties that helps keep the ministry departments running smoothly at Crossroads.

Areas to serve on the administration team are:

Absentee follow-up – sending out cards, e-mail and follow-up phone calls to those who have been absent from church.

Attendance – gather attendance books and re-stock pew information each week.

Card ministry – sending out cards for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.

Helps – transport people to church when needed.

Newcomers Contact – send welcome cards to new guests.

Office tasks – help in the office with various tasks that the administrative assistant and/or pastoral staff needs.

Supplies – order supplies for ministry leaders and office staff.
